Decisions about content shared on the Platform (listings, reviews, questions, messages, profiles) are taken by a person. We use no automated tools to detect, assess or hide this content.
Automated filter of conversations with the AI stylist
Messages to the AI stylist and its replies are checked automatically by a language model running on our server (Qwen3Guard) or, when the consent screen names OpenAI, by OpenAI's content filter. The filter stops content about violence and crime, sexual and unethical content, and attempts to get around the stylist's rules. A stopped message never reaches the model and the stylist replies that it cannot help with that. For messages about self-harm the stylist gives helpline numbers and does not count them as a breach. After three stopped messages within a day the conversation with the stylist is paused for 24 hours; this does not affect the account or shopping. The filter does not cover content published on the Platform. If you think the filter stopped a message by mistake, write to us through the contact form and a person will check it.

Every moderation decision can be appealed free of charge, electronically, within 6 months of its delivery. The appeal is decided by a person who took no part in the decision, never solely by automated means.
Independently of the appeal, you may choose a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Article 21 of the Digital Services Act). Its decision is not binding.
The decision does not close the way to the courts.
A boutique may also file a complaint in the panel and use mediation under the Terms for Boutiques.
