You get an online shop at name.boutiqverse.com. Paste the link in your bio, under your live streams and on a QR code at the till.
Shoppers pay by BLIK, by card, or with Przelewy24, and the money goes to your account — not ours.
Signing up takes about 10 minutes. You need a Polish tax number (NIP) and a company bank account.
The account and verification cost nothing. Up to 10 products you pay no subscription — only 1% + VAT on sales and Stripe's payment fee.
Every boutique gets its own shop at name.boutiqverse.com. A shopper who opens it sees your name, your logo and your products.
Your address:
We assign the address from the boutique's name during verification. If the name is taken or reserved, we add a short suffix to it.
Your shop's home page and product list show only your products. Above the shop there's a slim BoutiqVerse bar with a link to the shared catalogue — more on that below. Shared catalogue
The shop works at its own address once Stripe has confirmed your company (step 3 in “Getting started”).
Every boutique brings its own shoppers with its own link. They all share one account, one basket and one catalogue with the products of every boutique. Each new boutique widens the circle of shoppers who can find you as well.
We're just starting — we don't quote a number of shoppers we don't have yet. The bar above every shop shows the real, current number of boutiques and products.
One account works in every shop, and a shopper can put items from several boutiques in one basket — each boutique ships its own parcel.
A fair exchange, both ways
Your shoppers see the catalogue and other boutiques' items too — just as other boutiques' shoppers see yours. In return your link stays yours: it leads to your shop, and its home page and product list show only your items. The catalogue order is public: at most two items from one boutique in a row, and new items and new boutiques get a head start. Paid promotion is always labelled “Promoted” — shoppers know what's an ad.
Every month the panel shows you two numbers: how many people came to your shop from the catalogue and how many your shop sent to the catalogue.
Join the shared catalogueYou take a phone photo of the item and its label. You can add a short note, e.g. “sizes S–L, 149 zł”. BoutiqVerse AI fills in the product page, and you check it and publish.
Example: a photo of a dress and its label ("M, 95% cotton, 5% elastane, wash at 30°C, Made in Portugal") and the note "M and L, one of each" become a draft product page: name, category and colour from the photo, sizes from the note, composition, care and country of manufacture from the label, an empty certifications field, a description in the boutique's tone and a price of 129 zł from the boutique's rule "dresses 99–199 zł, ending in 9".
The item up close and the label with the composition. No studio, photographer or model.
Name, description, category, colour, sizes, composition, care and country of manufacture. From the label it takes only what's on it — it never guesses certifications or the country of origin.
A price from the note or the tag stays as it is. Without one, AI takes your default price for that kind of item, then the middle of your prices, and only last its own estimate. That price always stays within your range and has your rounding, e.g. ending in 9.
BoutiqVerse AI works on paid plans: Starter — 150 uses a month, Pro — 750 uses a month, Enterprise — 1,500 uses a month. On the free plan you fill in the page by hand.
Coming soon: photos of the garment on a model and short videos on a model.
Exact measurements and a fabric description in minutes, while shoppers check the size on their own 3D model. Fewer returns because of size.
Lay the piece flat next to an A4 sheet and take a photo: lengths and widths fill in by themselves. It also works from a note or a photo of the size chart.
An estimate from the composition and weave, and the stiffness from a photo of the fabric draped over a table.
Two photos with an A4 sheet and strips of tape tell you by how many percent the fabric stretches.
For every product you see whether buyers find the size too small, right or too large. Numbers only, no buyer data.
Your shoppers try them on in front of their phone camera, right from the product page. All it needs is a straight-on product photo on a light, plain background.
Your products also in the shopper app for Android.
You pay for sales, not for listing. You see every rate before you open an account.

The shopper pays you in your shop. We take no commission on it.
Needed because Stripe charges PLN 1.00 on every payment.
That's 3.79% of your sales.
What the cost is made of
One order is one payment — when a shopper buys several items from your boutique at once, you pay PLN 1.00 once.
Every shop that takes BLIK or cards pays an online payment fee — either separately or inside the platform's commission. Here Stripe charges it and you see it separately.
These costs only apply in rare situations. We list them now so there are no surprises.
Under a live stream you paste a link to the item or to your shop. The shopper pays straight away by BLIK, by card, or with Przelewy24, and the stock updates by itself. No checking transfers, no keeping track of who has paid.
We don't read live-stream comments automatically — the shopper places the order in the shop.
The shopper reserves an item online and comes in to try it on. You decide how long you hold it: from 24 to 72 hours. She pays you in your shop, and we take nothing for it. Anyone who fails to collect a reservation twice in six months loses the option to reserve for a while.
You switch reservations on in the panel. Only signed-in shoppers with a confirmed e-mail can reserve.
Someone copying your live streams and pretending to be your boutique? After verification you get a “Verified boutique” badge to post on Facebook. Its QR code leads to a page listing your real profiles. Anyone not on the list isn't you.
Ready to print, on every plan. Put it by the till and in your parcels — shoppers come back to you, not to some random shop.
You enter your shop's address and confirm it is yours: on Shopify and WooCommerce with a short code on the home page, on IdoSell with an API key from the shop panel. You see a preview and import your products with photos, descriptions, sizes and prices.
Selling on another platform? We will add the integration for free.
Tell us which shop or software you use, e.g. Shoper, PrestaShop or BaseLinker.
The company was confirmed by the register and by Stripe. The shopper knows she's buying from a real shop.
The shopper enters her measurements. The product page suggests a size, shows the ease in centimetres at the bust, waist and hips, and says what to pick between two sizes — so that she sends things back for the wrong size less often.
Only someone who bought a product can review it.
With every reduction the shopper sees the lowest price of the last 30 days. She knows the sale is real.
A price drop on a saved item, a missing size back in stock, new arrivals at a followed boutique. Only with her consent.
She pays by BLIK, by card, or with Przelewy24.
You're the seller, but you don't need to know the rules by heart. The shop is built to keep to them.
You handle returns, complaints and shipping, because you're the seller. The panel guides you step by step.
E-mail, phone and password. The account is for people aged 18 or over.
We take the name and address from the register (CEIDG or KRS) and check the account on the VAT White List. You confirm the company e-mail with a code. You don't send us scans, and the decision is automatic.
In the panel you open a payment account. Stripe checks your identity and company, the way a bank does – this confirms the company is yours. Once confirmed, your shop works at its own address, you get the “Verified boutique” badge and you take orders.
A photo of the garment and its label, or an import from your shop. Then you paste the link where your shoppers are.
The account and the company verification are free. A company also gives its beneficial owners (as in the CRBR register).
The full list. Next to each item we say which plan it's in.
Three things. The BoutiqVerse commission: 1% + VAT on the price of the goods sold, not on delivery. Stripe's payment fee: BLIK 1.6%, Card 1.5%–1.9%, Przelewy24 1.9%, plus PLN 1 per payment — Stripe charges it, not us. And a plan, if you buy one: from PLN 29 a month including VAT. The account, verification and the free plan for up to 10 products cost nothing, and we take nothing for reservations to try on.
Not without your consent. A rate change is a proposal you accept or reject in the panel. If you don't answer within 15 days, the current rate stays. That's what the terms for boutiques say (§ 20).
It's an exchange both ways, and we say so openly. All boutiques share one catalogue: your shoppers can see other boutiques' items there, and other boutiques' shoppers can see yours. Your link stays yours: it leads to your shop, and its home page and product list show only your items. Data of shoppers from your orders is yours — you're its controller. We don't sell it or give it to other boutiques. The panel shows you how many people came to you from the catalogue.
The shopper's payment goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe takes its fee and our commission from it and pays the rest out to the company account given to Stripe — and the platform may hold the payout for an order until the shopper confirms receipt (at the latest 80 days after payment). Refunds and disputes are handled there too. You open the account in the boutique panel after registering.
No, there's no cash on delivery. The shopper pays online by BLIK, by card, or with Przelewy24 or reserves an item to try on and pays you in your shop — and we take no commission on that.
No — we don't read comments. Under a live stream you paste a link to the item or to your shop. The shopper pays straight away and the stock updates by itself, so you don't have to keep track of transfers.
On paid plans you take a photo of the garment and its label, and BoutiqVerse AI fills in the page. You check it and publish. You can photograph a whole delivery at once — the pages fill in in the background. Have a shop on Shopify, WooCommerce or IdoSell? You can import your products.
The AI copies from the label only what's on it. It never guesses the country of origin or certifications. It publishes nothing by itself — you check every page, and “Revise” and “Undo” change it with one instruction.
The whole product page, from photos of the garment, a photo of its label and a short note: the name, a description in the tone and length you choose, the category, colour, sizes and number of pieces. It copies the composition and care from the label, and the same goes for where it was made, the fabric's origin, the fabric weight and certifications – only when they are on the label, never guessed. It takes the brand from the label or the note, and when none is visible, from your rules. A price given in the note or printed on the tag stays as it is; without one it is worked out from your pricing rules. It does not enter tape-measure measurements or the manufacturer's details – you add those in the form. Available on paid plans, within the monthly AI allowance.
No. You list your own photos of the garment – phone photos are fine, flat or on a hanger. BoutiqVerse AI does not make photos on a model or videos yet.
Honestly: the platform is just starting and we don't promise you a crowd overnight. Every boutique brings its shoppers with its own link, and they all browse one catalogue — so the circle of shoppers grows with every boutique that joins. The bar above every shop shows the real, current number of boutiques and products. New products and new boutiques get a head start in the catalogue.
The boutique runs on the free plan: up to 10 products, without BoutiqVerse AI. The shop at your address stays. A plan paid up front doesn't renew by itself.
You send a notice by e-mail; the agreement ends after 14 days. You download your products to a CSV file. Orders taken before that you complete — as in any shop.
A company registered in Poland, with a NIP: a sole trader (CEIDG) or a company (KRS). The account is opened by a person aged 18 or over.
Not to us. We take the company details from the register and check the account on the VAT White List. Stripe checks your identity when you open a payment account — like any payment provider.
You ship on your own carrier contract and with your own price list. You buy InPost labels in the panel on your own account, and return labels through Apaczka. The shopper has 14 days to withdraw; returns and complaints land in the panel, which keeps track of the deadlines.
The rules below (refunds, disputes, delivery) apply to orders from 18 October 2026. A refund to the shopper comes off your Stripe balance, and Stripe does not give back its fee for that payment. We return our commission on an order refunded in full. A payment dispute (chargeback) concerns your Stripe account: Stripe takes PLN 90 from it for every dispute, won or not, and PLN 90 for the response (returned if you win), and on a lost dispute the order amount as well. You respond in your Stripe dashboard. Delivery is yours: you set its price, its payment reaches you, and you send the parcel on your own carrier contract. When a shopper withdraws from the whole order, the law says the delivery cost goes back too — the refund includes it, as for any seller. The balance and settlements of your Stripe account are run by Stripe under your agreement with it — if the balance does not cover a refund or a dispute, you settle it directly with Stripe.
No. A boutique account has no cart. To shop you need a separate customer account with another e-mail address.
The help assistant in the panel answers straight away and knows your plan and payment status. When it doesn't know, a person takes over. You can also call: +48 515 483 968.
