We want this shop to be usable regardless of ability or assistive technology. Below is the standard we aim for, what already works, and what we have not finished.
WCAG 2.1 level AA, required of online shops by the European Accessibility Act and its Polish implementation since 28 June 2025.
Partially conformant. We deliberately do not claim full conformance: this statement is a declaration a regulator can verify, and overstating it would be worse than naming known gaps.
We do not yet have a full WCAG 2.1 AA audit or an automated accessibility gate in our release process. Some content comes from sellers (product copy and photos), so alternative text quality varies.
If something is inaccessible to you, write to us with the page address and a description. We respond within 14 days, and will provide content in an alternative form on request.
If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the market-surveillance authority responsible for accessibility of products and services.
